Here is one of the headphone families I designed. It'll be out some time in 2011. It's inspired by the early Rock Poster Movement.   It focuses on the element of visual texture and the bombardment of imagery in society. It's an evolution of one of the lines I did last year with some neon green thrown in the mix.

Astounding Wolfman 25 mock Cover

Thought it would be a good exercise to do mock Covers for the books I'm reading. As you may know

 "The Astounding Wolfman"
just had it's final issue. I thought it was a fun series and JASON HOWARD's page layouts are amazing. 

Here's what i thought might be a good alternate cover. Yeah Zech doesn't get his head ripped off but, I did it in the spirit of the notorious misleading Kirkman covers.

Not quite a 24hr Comic

In the spirit of Halloween...

Yeah, I didn't do it all in 24hrs but all the layout, writing and 11 of the thirteen pages where drawn all in 24hrs. I wanted a second book to sell at APE so I quickly colored it up, drew a cover, two pin ups and got it to a point where it was sellable. Its a mini comic about half the size of a normal one.

Skullcandy Horror

A Fake Monster movie poster I did for some Sales meetings. There was a Romance one (glad I didn't get that one), an action one, and (mine) a horror one. All and all a fun project. This poster was inspired by the original "Son of Frankenstein" poster.
Also, it features the line of headphones I designed for 2011. "Toxic Flyer."

He Did this amazing sketch of my character for me. Talk about inspiring! Some artists out there , no matter what character they draw, they always finds a way to make 'em bad ass as hell.

P.S. I couldn't help but color it. It was a good exercise to really get close and analyze line quality,thick and thins and what not.

Midnight Laboratory.

Still bust'n my butt try'n to finish my comic for APE. 9hrs at work and 10 hrs in my midnight laboratory drawing up a storm. Now I know how that dude felt on fight club.

My Demo Car in ACTION!

Though it got punished, my car won the beauty award at the Heber city Demolition derby!

I did the "Tiger shark" face on the front. JT one of out interns at the skull did all the skulls and the pinup stencil. He kind of just put 'em every where.

Bust'n my butt try'n to get Mad Monkey Finished for Alternate Press Expo October 16th and 17th. Four pages left to draw and ink.  I still have to color all 32 pages. Should be exciting.
